Richard worked for the Woolwich having graduated from Cardiff University in 1976 with an Honours degree in Economics. In 1991 he obtained an MBA from Portsmouth University.

Richard has been the Managing Director of EISC Ltd (European Information Service Centre) since 2001. Based in Southampton the South Coast of England.

Richard Hall subsequently worked for a numkber of important institutions Including; The EU SME Business Development Sector, (3 Universities of the Solent ) Portsmouth Solent and Southampton - plus the National Oceanographic Centre and Sorec (Southern Offshore ...

In 2008 the company successfully won an EU contract to become a founding member of the "Enterprise Europe Network" covering the SE of England with partners Business Support Kent and the London Technology Network.

Richard has spoken at many events throughout Europe and in the UK on successful trading within the EU. The company have run over 250 workshops on winning public sector contracts from Moldova to Iceland.

I'm Richard Hall, I have one daughter currently attending Padnell Junior and one who left Padnell for secondary last year. I also grew up in Padnell Avenue so have experience as a local resident.

I recently joined the governance team in November 2023 and really enjoy learning how the school goes about managing the day to day of our children. It's been extremely enlightening and informative, certainly more goes on than I ever realised. I sit on the full governing committee as well as the finance committee.

Educated at Padnell back in the 80's, I completed my education at Portsmouth University with a degree in systems engineering and a masters in construction project management. I'm looking forward to using my experience and knowledge to help support team Padnell wherever it can be utilised
